Q: Is your property lakefront?
Cottage A:
Yes it is, there is a private dock and small beach for your enjoyment.
Condo A: No, the condo
is on the 15th hole of the golf course. You do have access to the lake front and private beach which is part of the Twin Lakes
Village community.
Q: How many people may stay at
the Vacation Rentals at one time?
Cottage A: The cottage has a maximum occupancy of 7 people (including children and
infants).
Condo A: The condo has a maximum occupancy of 4 people (including children and infants).
Q:
How many beds are available?
Cottage A: We have 2 queen sized beds and 3 twin beds in the cottage.
Condo A: There
are 2 king sized beds in the condo.
Q: Are the 2 lakes
large enough for water skiing and boating?
Cottage & Condo A: Yes, there is no speed limit on the upper lake (approximately 1 mile
by 3/4 mile) or the lower lake (approximately 1 1/2 miles by 1/4 mile). However, the channel between the lakes (in front of Narrows Cottage) has a 5 mph "no wake" zone, making
it perfect for watching wildlife and
enjoying the stillness of the water.
Q: May we host a large party
for daytime use only?
Cottage
& Condo A: We have neighbors that live full time in the area, out of respect for them and the neighborhood
we are only able to have a total (including
children) of 7 people using the cottage at one time and a maximum of 4 for the condo.
Cottage & Condo A: We are absolutely NOT a "party" house or condo, this
is strictly enforced.
Q: May we bring our pets?
Cottage A: Pets are not permitted with
the exception of one pre-approved dog. Violation is grounds for immediate termination with no refunds
of rent, tax, or deposit. The only pets allowed are small, non-shedding dogs and there will be an extra $25 fee per night. Cats
are not allowed. Renters are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Dogs are not
allowed on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of dogs on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. Evidence of an unauthorized pet
will be a $200 charge to the renter’s credit card.
Condo
A: Pets are considered on an individual basis for the condo.
Q: What are your check in and check out times?
Cottage A: Check in is 4:00 pm and check
out is 11:00 am.
Condo A: Check in is 3:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am.
Q: What days do you allow check in and
out?
Cottage & Condo
A: Most of the year the day to check in and out is very flexible. July and August our Check-in is on Sat
and so is Check-out, this is because we only do weekly rentals
for these months. If you desire to stay longer than 1 week please contact us and we will try to work that into the
schedule.
