Condo has 1,050 square feet of inviting living space. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and
dining area. This condo sets itself
apart with the fact it has 2 outdoor living spaces for your enjoyment. The first is a private courtyard with an eating area
for 4 with a provided gas BBQ, the second outdoor area is a patio overlooking the pond and golf course. The atmosphere is
one of relaxation and warmth to which
you can come back to after a day on the golf course or after enjoying the many area attractions such as the
Silverwood Amusement Park, Coeur d'Alene, nearby
Farragut State Park, or an afternoon on the lake with the canoe we provide for our guests use. There is always something
to do right out your door if you are wanting to have an active vacation or stay in and relax while watching others golf or
play tennis across the pond from your lookout on the patio with a glass of iced tea.
