Rental Rates:
Peak Season: 7 night
minimum June 11 thru September 2, 2016: $1,350 per week (Saturday -> Saturday) High Season: May 7 thru June 10 and September 3-16,
2016: $200 per night, 2 night minimum ($1,250 wk)
Low Season:
April 1 thru May 6 and September 17 - October 31, 2016: $150 per night, 2 night minimum ($950 wk) Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends: minimum of
3 nights
$75 cleaning fee 8%

Optional
Boat Motor Rental: If applicable, $200 motor rental + a $300 refundable damage deposit Pets: $25 per night for short stays
with one pre-approved small dog (for stays of one week $75) (see FAQ page for our pet policy)
