Rental Rates: Our 2011 rates will be the same as 2010.
- High Season: One week minimum July - August:
$1,300 per week (Saturday -> Saturday)
- "Shoulder" Season:
May 14 - June 21 and September 1-19: $200 per night, 2 night minimum ($1,200 wk)
- Low Season: March, April, May 3-13 and September
20-October 31: $125 per night, 2 night minimum ($750 wk)
- $75 cleaning fee + 8% Idaho tax
- If applicable: $25 per night for short
stays with one pre-approved small dog (for stays of one week or longer $75) (see FAQ page for our pet policy)
- IronMan Rates: One week at regular rates for IronMan- stay may start any day of the
week. ($1,300 per week - maximum of 7 persons) For those that need less than a weekly rental the rate
is $300 per night.
- Bloomsday Weekend - $200
per night, 2 night minimum
